The building is really close to the town centre. There is a grocery shop next to the building, where You can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The host was really kind, and friendly. The first day She waits for Us with some delicious homemade cake and cold water. Another important quality of the host is the flexibility She provided the opportunity to stay a bit longer while We were waiting our transfer. The room was clean and comfortable. In my opinion this apartment has one of the best price/value ratio. I've read comments like "the furniture is old" - this is true but everything is clean and if You are just seeking a place where You can rest after a long day of sightseeing/beach/party I can recommend it to You.

The apartments are cozy, distinctive, clean inside and have everything you need for living. Location is the center of Ayia Napa - close to the beach and bar, clubs, but at the same time no extraneous sounds interfere at night, really quietly. Very nice and kind hostess. I highly recommend everyone to choose this apartments!

The hosts of the apartments very kind, they treated us to very tasty cakes. Nice location in the center of the Ayia-Napa. There are many restaurants and bus stops near with the apartments. Also you can find supermarket in front of the apartments.

I was most impressed by the host's friendliness and availability to help. She was very nice and attentive, waiting for us with a treat, preparing the room earlier than scheduled. We needed a taxi to get around, and she booked one for us. We had a clean and spacious room, with a kitchen and utensils, very useful to make something to eat. The air conditioning worked fine, although not needed in every room, depending on orientation. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

La amabilidad de la dueña del apartamento, su ubicación, estaba todo muy limpio, parking privado, a 5 minutos de Hard rock y el centro, a 15 min andando del puerto, con servicio de guarda equipaje si se lo pides mientras haces un tour, supermercado muy cerca. Para repetir/

C'était un super séjour à Ayia Napa, et surtout grâce à notre séjour dans cet appart' ! C'est la maman de la proprio qui s'est occupée de nous ; l'appart est, je trouve, très bien situé, près du Centre, en hauteur, dans une rue calme ; tout était propre (mis à part quelques articles de vaisselles mais rien d'alarmant) ; j'y reviendrai pour mon prochain séjour !
